TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter, promotional validity dates and prize details as mentioned on advertising material, form part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entering the competition will be deemed acceptance of these conditions and applicable privacy policies.
2. Competition is exclusive to new and existing Warehouse Stationery account holders. Entry is open to residents of New Zealand only. Prize will be awarded to the authorised and named holder of the account only. Employees and agents of Bostik, The Warehouse Limited including any of its subsidiaries or entities and resellers actively involved in the promotion (and any of their employees, agents, and family members) are ineligible to enter. The promotional period begins at 12.01 am on Monday, 3 October 2022 and finishes 11.59pm on Tuesday, 20 December 2022. All prizes will be drawn no later than Friday 3 February 2024. To qualify and be in the draw, account holder must add Bostik Eco Stik 36g or 21g products to their Stationery Lists or Packs through the Warehouse Stationery Back to School Portal during the promotional period.
3. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, or for submitting an entry not in accordance with these conditions. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, or misdirected entries. To qualify and be in the draw to win, just add Bostik Eco Stik 36g or 21g product to your Stationery Lists or Packs through the Warehouse Stationery Back to School Portal during the promotional period, and you will be automatically entered into the draw. Each individual school that adds Bostik Eco Stik to their Stationery List or their Pack, or combined, will be eligible for one entry into the draw to win: First Prize wins one x $5,000 voucher*, for your school; Second Prize wins one $2,000 voucher*, for your school; Three Runner Up Prize winners will win one of three $1,000 vouchers*, for their school. Total Prize pool is $10,000 in vouchers. *Each prize winner may choose the voucher for their school from either The Warehouse, Warehouse Stationery, Noel Leeming or Torpedo7.
4. Winners will be randomly selected by Warehouse Stationery. The winners will be contacted, via email or phone, using the contact information loaded in their account profile, once the draw has been made. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted within 5 working days of the prize draw, a new winner will be drawn on the same terms as the original draw.
5. The prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash. The promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes with the closest possible alternative, subject to non-availability of products as listed. The promoter and Warehouse Stationery reserves the right to announce or publish the winner’s names and/or photographs for publicity purposes without compensation, and copyright will be vested in the promoter and Warehouse Stationery.
6. If a prize remains unclaimed after 12 weeks, a redraw will take place on the next business day after this period has lapsed, at the same venue and on the same terms as the original draw. The promoter reserves the right to extend, postpone or cancel a promotion at any time and to update the terms and conditions without notice.
7. The promoter and Warehouse Stationery shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, cost, or expense suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of entering into this promotion or accepting the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. All participants agree that there is no liability to Bostik or Warehouse Stationery arising from the promotion or any incidental activities. Bostik and Warehouse Stationery Limited accept no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from acceptance of the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Any product images or photos used in promotional material for this competition either in store or online are indicative only.
9. All entries remain the property of the promoter and Warehouse Stationery. All personal details will be held by the promoter in accordance with the Privacy Act. Entrants have the right to access and request correction of personal details as detailed in applicable Privacy Policies.
