Back to School with Warehouse Stationery
We know that Back to School can be a challenging time for many. So, this year, we're supporting schools with equitable learning opportunities for their students.
Submit your requirements and exclusively promote Warehouse Stationery for Back to School stationery, and you could receive Warehouse Stationery gift cards* to help more of your students get set up for 2024. You may even want to stock up the classroom, so teachers have all they need to support learning. It's up to you how you spend them - we just want to make sure your Back to School is the best one yet.
For every five students on your school roll, could get 1x $20 Warehouse Stationery gift card*. That means if you've got 500 students, you could receive $2,000 in gift cards! *

Terms and Conditions
In order to be eligible for the ‘Here for Good’ offer, you must either:
- Submit your school lists to Warehouse Stationery and promote this to your school community;
- Order School Packs through Warehouse Stationery (either Packs to School or Packs to Store); or
- Place a bulk order for stationery to on-sell to your students.
The conditions which relate to each offer are below:
School Lists
For school lists, the number of gift cards will reflect the number of students at the school, going by the data on the Education Counts website https://www.educationcounts.govt.nz or the number of students that have been entered on all of the lists that have been submitted (which ever number is less). For example, if you have 500 students at your school, and you have submitted stationery lists that would cover all your classes, you will receive 100 X $20 gift cards (total value of $2,000).
School Packs
For School Packs (Packs to School and Packs to Store), the gift cards will reflect the number of packs ordered, and you will receive one $20 gift card for every 5 packs ordered. For example, if you have ordered 500 packs for 500 students, you will receive 100 x $20 gift cards. Each pack must be a minimum of $30. If the packs are less than $30, you will receive gift cards to the value of 20% of the total order. For example, if you order 100 packs valued at $20 each, you will receive 20 x $20 gift cards (a total value of $400 worth of gift cards).
Bulk Orders
For bulk orders, the number of gift cards received will equate to 20% of the total value of your order. For example, if you order $2,000 worth of stationery as a bulk order, you will receive 20 x $20 gift cards (total value of $400 worth of gift cards).
Promotional Agreement
By participating in this Here for Good gift card offer, the school agrees to exclusively promote Warehouse Stationery as the designated Back to School stationery provider to their school community.
Order Submission
Orders must be submitted through the Warehouse Stationery Back to School Portal before the 1st of December 2023.
Multiple Order Types
In the case where a school might place multiple orders between stationery lists, packs and bulk orders only one order type will be eligible for the offer and the highest value order will be applied for the allocation of gift vouchers. For example, if a school orders 100 packs over the value of $30, and a bulk order at a value of $1000, the gift cards will apply to the order of 100 packs (the equivalent of $400 worth of gift cards) rather than the bulk order of $1000 (the equivalent of $200 worth of gift cards).
Eligibility
This offer is available exclusively for school customers purchasing Back to School supplies.
Gift Card Delivery
Gift cards will be delivered starting from the 2nd of December 2023.
Gift Card Validity
Standard Gift Card terms and conditions will apply to the use of any gift cards provided.
